More telegraphic signal allows the wide range of specification because it generated by means of human action which is affected by circumstance and personal habit. so automatic recognition of it with a machine meets difficulty. An automaton, proposed in this paper, which accepts the irregular binary signal, recognize Morse telegraphic signal with a computer andhelpful in educate telegraphy for radio operator and in supervise radio telegraph.
